THE HOLY PLACE
is the type and picture of Jesus Christ in three different ways!
THIRD ARTICLE / FURNITURE MADE
I. THE TABLE OF SHOWBREAD (Of His Presence)
Exodus 25:23 (Context 23-30) (NAS)
23. “You shall make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long and one cubit wide and one and a half cubit high. Ex. 37:10-16
Two cubits equals 3 feet. One cubit equals 18 inches. One and a half cubit equals 27 inches.
Exodus 25:24 (Context 23-30) (NAS)
24. “You shall overlay it with pure gold and make a gold border around it.
Pure Gold represents deity. In the presence of God it's all about worship and praise with a pure heart.
Exodus 25:25-27 (NAS)
25. “You shall make for it a rim of a handbreadth around it; and you shall make a gold border for the rim around it.
The Gold border represents the crowned King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. He is the bread of life.
26. “You shall make four gold rings for it and put rings on the four corners which are on its four feet.
The four gold rings, which represent deity, symbolizes that there is no beginning and no end of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
The four horns on the corners point out, which is symbolic of the four corners of the earth, North, South, East, and West, sending out the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as the first four books of the Bible does in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
27. “The rings shall be close to the rim as holders for the poles to carry the table.
28. “You shall make the poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold, so that with them the table may be carried.
The poles, which are covered with gold, are used to carry the table which symbolizes the Word (Deity) of God who carries us through this journey of life. Again acacia wood represents humanity and gold overlaid upon the wood represents the deity of Jesus. When the deity covers us, then all the imperfections of the flesh cannot be seen by God the Father. The poles point to the Lord Jesus Christ which carries us by His: Word, Redemption, Mercy, Grace, Love, Protection, Promises, and by God The Holy Spirit.
The poles used for carrying represents a close relationship and fellowship with and in Jesus Christ. The blood sacrifice covers and cleanses us from sin and the imperfection of our flesh, which gives us access to God the Father.
29. “You shall make its dishes and its pans and its jars and its bowels with which to pour drink offerings; you shall make them of pure gold. Ex. 37:16
All of these utensils, dishes, pans, jars and its bowels, are symbolic of the body of Christ working and being used in various areas of the ministries of help.
30. “You shall set the bread of the presence on the table before Me at all times. Ex. 39:36
The “Bread of His Presence” is symbolic of Jesus Christ and the written Word. This speaks of being nourished and kept in His presence. This requires us to trust Him to perform the righteousness of God. It’s a reminder that the Lord Jesus Christ should always be before us, leading and guiding us not following from behind.
Two stacks of six loaves of bread
Two names are given to these twelve loaves. They are called: Bread of the presence and continual bread
Leviticus 24:6-9 (NAS)
6. “You shall set them in two rows, six to a row on the pure gold table before the LORD.
7. “You shall put pure frankincense on each row that it may be a memorial portion for the bread, even an offering by fire to the LORD.
8. “Every Sabbath day he shall set it in order before the LORD continually; it is an everlasting covenant for the sons of Israel
Two stacks symbolize the two natures of Jesus: His deity and humanity. The bread (Word of God) had to be eaten by Aaron and his sons (Priesthood) in the Holy Place from the previous week, on the Sabbath. This also speaks about eating fresh bread (The Word) every week.
This speaks to us today, as we receive the Word from our pastor every Sunday morning. We should meditate on the Word given. It gives us substance to carry us throughout the week. A continual reminder of the promises between God and the children of Israel. A memorial of God’s provision for His children. The two stacks of bread also represent the twelve tribes of Israel always being before the presence of God.
To make grain into fine flour It must be: Crushed, Ground, Beaten, Sifted.
Isaiah 53:4-5 (CJB)
4. In fact, it was our diseases he bore, our pains from which he suffered; yet we regarded him as punished, stricken and afflicted by God.
5. But he was wounded because of our crimes,
crushed because of our sins; the disciplining that makes us whole fell on him, and by his bruises* we are healed.
For A Clearer Understanding Another Translation
Isaiah 53:4,5 (VOICE)
4. Yet it was our suffering he carried, our pain and distress, our sick-to-the-soul-ness. We just figured that God had rejected him, that God was the reason he hurt so badly.
5. But he was hurt because of us; he suffered so. Our wrongdoing wounded and crushed him. He endured the breaking that made us whole. The injuries he suffered became our healing.
As we look into this scripture we see Jesus as our Bread Covenant for our flesh.
FOURTH ARTICLE / FURNITURE MADE
II. THE TABLE OF INCENSE (representing the prayers that go up to the Throne Room of God).
Exodus 30:1-8 (Context 1-10) (CJB)
1. Make an altar out of acacia wood for burning incense
2. in the shape of a square—18 inches long, 18 inches wide, and 36 inches high. Carve the horns and the top of the altar out of one piece of wood.
This translation gives exact measurements that we can understand.
3. Overlay the top, sides, and horns with pure gold, and attach gold trim around its edges.
The four gold rings, which represent deity, symbolize that there is no beginning and no end in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The four horns on the corners point out and represent the four corners of the earth; sending out the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is a constant reminder of Gods desire for fellowship with His sons (Israelites).
4. Fashion two gold rings, and attach them beneath the trim on the two opposite sides; the rings are to hold the poles so that the altar can be carried.
5. Make the poles out of acacia wood as well and overlay them with gold.
The poles used for carrying represents a close relationship and fellowship with and in Jesus Christ.
If you noticed, some of the statements used are the same for two different articles / furniture. The reason being is that the meaning stays the same. God is always trying to get our attention and His message never changes.
6. Place this altar just outside of the veil that conceals the covenant chest and the seat of mercy that sits on top of the covenant chest. I will meet with you there.
The table of incense is before the veil that separates the Holy Place and the Holy of Holies. The smoke of the incense is symbolic of our prayer and petitions to God IN His Throne Room. It also carries a very important message, always be in prayer before the Father. It’s called communication.
The next two scriptures verify that our prayers (Requests and Petitions) are very important to God the Father.
Revelation 5:8 (VOICE)
8. And when He took it, the four living creatures and twenty-four elders fell prostrate before the Lamb. They worshiped Him, and each one held a harp and golden bowls filled with incense (the prayers of God’s holy people).
Revelation 5:8 (NAS)
8. When He had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
7. Aaron is to burn fragrant incense on it every morning when he trims the lamps’ wicks
8. and every evening when he lights the lamps. Incense must be burned in My presence throughout all your generations.
As noted in Revelation 5:8 previously that the incense is symbolic of our prayers. Aaron was instructed to burn incense (Pray) every morning and every night. Could this be a pattern for us to follow?
Before the priest could offer the incense of prayer, three requirements had to be met.
A: The priest had to prepare to minister at the brazen altar, shedding the blood of an animal for their sins.B: The priest had to wash all defilement from their hands and feet (Exodus 30:18-20) at the Laver.C: The priest had to be in the Holy Place (Attitude of Praise and Worship) to offer the incense of prayer.

III. THE CANDLESTICK (lampstand)
Exodus 25:31-40 (KJ)
31. And thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same.
These are symbolic of all of His Children in different capacity of ministry and that they are connected (Unified) with Jesus and the rest of the body.
His Staff—Jesus, Has Power and Authority.
His Branches—Every believer
His Bowls—Vessels (Gods Redeemed) to hold the oil (Holy Spirit).
His Knops—Ornaments of beauty, His redeemed
His Flowers—Blossoms, Bear Fruit that is desirable.
(Same Scripture)
Exodus 25:31 (Context 31-40) (CJB)
31. You are to make a menorah of pure gold. It is to be made of hammered work; its base, shaft, cups, ring of outer leaves and petals are to be of one piece with it.
Beaten (KJ)—Hammered (CJB)
This speaks about two different things:
A: Jesus, (Isaiah 53:) His Life and preparation.
B: Every believer being shaped and molded into the likeness and image of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
Exodus 25:32-40 (CJB)
32. It is to have six branches extending from its sides, three branches of the menorah on one side of it and three on the other.
Six (The Number of Man) branches come out of the shaft (Jesus). Take note that the branches and the candle sticks are two different items however; they are connected and joined into one piece, Jesus and the Bride of Christ.
Referernce: HIS BRANCHES—Zechariah. 6:12-13 (KJ12. “Then speak to him saying, Thus says the Lord of Host, saying: “Behold, the Man whose name is the BRANCH! From His place He shall branch out, And He shall build the temple of the Lord;13. Even he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.Jesus is the main branch, (Trunk) and the Body of Christ is all the other branches coming out of Him. We are to build the temple (Body of Christ, and ourselves) of the Lord which speaks about the bride of Christ.
Cont. Exodus 25:33-40 (CJB)
33. On one branch are to be three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with a ring of outer leaves and petals; likewise on the opposite branch three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with a ring of outer leaves and petals; and similarly for all six branches extending from the menorah.
The almond blossoms, outer leaves and petals are all symbolic of growth and maturity in Jesus Christ and His written Word.
34. On the central shaft of the menorah are to be four cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its ring of outer leaves and petals.
Central staff represents Jesus Christ, God’s Word. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John are the introduction, presentation, and invitation, and destination in and with Jesus Christ.
Exodus 25:37 (CJB)
37. “Make seven lamps for the menorah, and mount them so as to give light to the space in front of it.
This scripture once again symbolically identifies that the light (Jesus) had to be in a place (Believers) to shed His light outward that whoever comes close, they can see the light (Jesus).

23. The next day Moshe went into the tent of the testimony, and there he saw that Aharon’s staff for the house of Levi had budded — it had sprouted not only buds but flowers and ripe almonds as well.
Significance of the almond:
A. The Hebrew word for Almond is “sharked,” meaning wakeful or hastening.
B. The Almond is the first tree to bloom in the last part of winters season.
C. In the Old Testament the Almond was a symbol of watchfulness and promise.
D. Remember, Aaron’s rod (Made out of an Almond Tree), symbol of God’s choice, Power, and Authority.
E. When The Almond tree blossomed it was a sign to the Israelites; to watch for a certain full moon which gave them the exact day to celebrate and remember the Feast of Passover.
I. His lily like flowers—Start off with Reddish pink flower (Symbolic of Jesus as a Man of flesh)
II. Then The flower turned snowy white (symbolic of righteousness).
III. When the flower blossomed it was symbolic of the Son of Man who is the righteousness of God.
IV. This is why Jesus is the first fruit of the resurrection. Because of His death and Resurrection He produced fruit, the Body of Christ.

Seven STARS=Pastors, Messengers, Shepherds, Angels.
The words angles, messenger, and pastors, teachers are all linked in Hebrew and Greek definitions. However it is our responsibility to read the full context of scripture, this will define what type the scriptural test is speaking about.
